The Beach House - stunning sea views and sunsets

Kick back and relax at our stunning beach house. Amazing views of our west coast beach and plenty of space to chill out. Close to park and beach. 15 minutes from town. Set up for fishing and for kids. Please note we have amazing views of Kai Iwi beach and it is a short walk down the hill to the beach. Under kiwi beach tradition we ask that you leave the beach house as you found it and follow our house rules and Covid procedures. Linen is available for $10 per person to a maximum of $50. Thanks

The White House. Stylish Art Deco.

Please note 1 negative review from over 110 positive happy guests. This two storey Art Deco home has stunning views, all day sun, situated in a sheltered and private garden. The home has been recently redecorated and is welcoming with two outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to markets, art & glass galleries, river & restaurants. There is a rental apartment in part of the downstairs floor area that has separate access and their own courtyard, so we appreciate your consideration for noise.

A quiet self-contained space for a tranquil and private stay. In a cul-de-sac with a large landscaped lawn and garden, full of birdsong. Easy off road parking. Great facilities and a touch of luxury with all new amenities. Self-contained unit but a shared backyard with the attached house. We are on the outskirts of PN - a 10 minute drive to the centre of town. 5 minutes to airport. Walking distance to supermarket, wetland walkways and parks. 15 minutes to Feilding or the acclaimed Gorge walk

Situated across the road from the beautiful river walkway, you'll enjoy walking to the Saturday morning market, the iconic Waimarie paddle steamer, popular Yellow House cafe, Kowhai Park playground, shops and much much more. Freshly refurbished throughout, one bedroom has a queen bed and freeview TV. The other has 2 single beds . There is also a bed/settee in the lounge. Sunny and centrally located with a small yard. There are large sliding doors which means the living areas can be opened up to the sea air. Only a short walk and you can be down at Kai Iwi beach enjoying a swim or taking the kids for a walk to the playground located by the beach.
