From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

This newly renovated luxury villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms. From here, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 6-minute drive to Shakespeare Park. The location is excellent and peaceful, with each room having its own separate entrance for maximum privacy. The villa boasts a spacious living room and a high-end kitchen, ensuring you and your family enjoy a wonderful vacation. All facilities are fully equipped, with convenient access to amenities.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

The Boat House - absolute waterfront serenity

Absolute waterfront as-close-as-you-can-get to the sea and coastal wildlife - offering privacy, serenity, sunshine and stunning sunsets... Very close to amenities - including golf courses, beaches, cafes, and Auckland's CBD. The Boathouse is for the pleasure of booked guests - not to entertain friends and family - there are many venues in the area we are happy to recommend.

The Cottage

A fully self contained cottage set in a private extensive 5 plus acre garden with 14mtr heated swimming pool, which is available for your use by arrangement during your stay, usually from end of September to end of April. Events and parties are not allowed. Close to the golf club, where you will be welcome to both play and eat, plus boat ramp at Waiau and Clark's Beach.
