The dining area offers a stylish bar with a wine fridge, cocktail shaker, board games, etc. The living room comes with Apple TV, and each room has a heater. Step outside into a designed garden, where you can enjoy a meal at the gazebo’s table or fire up the Kamado BBQ. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the town center!

A secluded treasure close to town and bay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat.
