New house 2022 by the river just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and it is only a few Kms away from Federal Mall in David. This house has all new appliances and furniture, over 600 mbps internet, over 200 channels, and HBO. The house has a huge kitchen, washer and dryer, two washrooms with showers and hot water. Relax with the whole family in this quiet place, 10 minutes from the center of David and 25 minutes from the tourist Boquete, very close to shopping centers, restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe place and full of amenities. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with TV, piano, a bar among other amenities. All spaces have aires conditioned, hot water and TV with 222 channels.
