Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. Outside has a trampoline, plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to feel they can have their own space. A quick walk to a restaurant and four square. House is located in the marina subdivision.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the sun. Adults upstairs (breath taking views) kids/Teenage pad downstairs. Two TV's one upstairs and one downstairs. Fibre internet office setup. 13 min walk to the beach downhill maybe a few mins longer up hill. Kayaks for use on hand trolleys. Driveway is steep at entrance but room to turn around (the views are worth it). One or two fur baby upon application not fenced.
