Formally called "Peaceful Poplars "Step straight from your comfortable, spacious, lakeside home onto the grass reserve and a few paces to the beach and safe swimming. A large section has room for the boat with the boat ramp only a short 1 min drive away. This Bach is perfect for both a summer or a winter holiday. Ruaphehu ski fields are a 40 min drive, and mountain biking and thermal hot pools hit the spot during winter. Boating, fishing, kayaking, and hikes are close by during summer.

They have renovated and added modern conveniences while taking care to retain the classic charm of this home, which was the first home built in Wharewaka.
