Cozy accommodation in the Blue Land on the Murnauer Moos

Our small 60 square meter apartment integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to take mountain and bike rides, hikes and swimming trips to the surroundings. Lakes such as Staffel, Kochel- and Walchensee. Also day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, nothing stands in the way, since in about 1 hour reachable. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop takes care of the culinary and can be reached in 1 min from 6:30 am.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Lovingly furnished first floor apartment of a single-family house. Very spacious west-facing balcony for your own use. The entire floor is available to them alone. Quiet outskirts at the foot of the Benediktenwand. 500 meters to the monastery. Large supermarket with bakery and butcher in 100 meters distance. Five restaurants available in the village. Beautiful surroundings in the Fünf-Seen-Land, the region offers numerous cultural highlights such as Franz-Marc Museum, Buchheim Museum, etc.

Newly renovated ground floor apartment in 500 years old house with separate entrance. Each room has a special touch. Some of them are stocked with antiques. Additional wood stoves conjure up a cozy flair. The bathroom is modernly designed and to the latest standard. The location is with the proximity to the lake (5 minutes walking distance) and at the foot of the Herzogstand ideal for nature lovers. Behind the house flows the Kesselbach. The cozy country house is located on the southern outskirts of Höfen. From the bright apartment newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can go on holiday here with 4 people (including 2 children). The coziest place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. They sit there felt in the middle of the nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, stove, toaster etc.
