You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in the best location with a lot of love for detail! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the Kramer mountain as well as the beautiful Loisach that is right at your feet. It's just a few steps to the center of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to switch off. And yet you are in the middle of it all! Shopping, bakery, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is about a 10-minute walk to the apartment. The apartment was renovated by us with a lot of love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a small family, as well as for a couple. Baby cot and baby chair are available as well as washing machine.(everything is new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The associated underground garage and drying room are also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows very nice stream (Leusach) , where you can relax nicely. The apartment is on the ground floor. The house has only three stairs, which is very practical for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day. For this purpose, the guest will receive a ticket for free local bus, as well as ratings for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.
