(538 sq.ft.) loft-style living space features a “sefa” with a king size bed, a sitting space with a 3-seat sofa and 2 single beds, which double as extra sitting, a dining table, breakfast table in fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower, washer, TV, A/C, wi-fi.

The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.
