Beautiful couple's escape home in Hora Astypalaia

The house is located just opposite of Astypalaia's castle's main entrance and is one of the first houses built outside of the castle walls. Beautifully restored, with utmost respect to the traditional architectural style of the island. The ground floor features a sitting and dining area, a mini kitchen, bathroom and a washing machine. The upstairs floor has one double bed. In addition to the internal staircase, each floor has its own independent entrance. 7 minutes from the main square.

Astypalean home with a view

The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.

My place is located on the beach hill of Schoinondas, 40 meters from the sea. It offers spectacular 360° views. Supermarket,bar, restaurants and buses are within walking distance. The airport is about a kilometer away. At the marina of Matezana you can watch the caicchi return and buy freshly caught fish. The most beautiful beaches on the island including the renowned Blu Limanaki, can be reached in minutes on foot. The main village,Chora, is about 9 Km away.
