Simple and comfortable property, its location is excellent for its easy access and travel to points of convenience, close to downtown, a few steps from the pier and the temple of Santa Maria Ahuacatlan. It has a living room with TV, kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 of them share a bathroom and 1 more with separate bathroom). Partial view of the lake from its terrace. Parking is not available, but there are 2 public parking lots 50 meters away. 10% desc. in food consumption in the Rest of the P/Baja.

Beautiful family farmhouse very well located, overlooking the lake, 100 meters from the entrance to Valle de Bravo and 15 minutes walk from the zocalo. It is located in the middle of a large and beautiful garden, full of flowers and fruit trees. House in the area of La Peña, built on two levels. On the ground floor are the 3 carpeted bedrooms all with bathrooms. Upstairs there is a large living room with fireplace, a bar with bar, dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen by a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an uncovered terrace with built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Peña. It has a small swimming pool and parking for 3 cars.
