It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed

Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

Beautiful flat equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Mexico City. It is located in the heart of the trendy Roma neighborhood, blocks away from the noisy night scene so you can rest peacefully. It´s on a second floor with street view and big windows that open up fully. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Big closets with a safety box for your important documents and enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The living room has a double size sofa bed with bed linen on so you can fold it out and go to sleep. There´s also a second full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your morning coffee there´s an Italian coffee maker and delicious blend from Chiapas. If you want to do laundry, there´s a washing machine and a dryer. At the beautiful shared roof garden you can have some spare time with a good book and a glass of wine surrounded by a nice view of the neighborhood. .
