room 1321 地址：高雄市左營區建業新村13號 (googlemap搜尋‘東豐棧之建業客棧）獨棟獨院位於左營，坐北朝南，獨立門庭內，日式建築的風情，被完整地保存下來。當清晨和煦的陽光，輕輕地來敲門，面對初醒的紫羅蘭花園，泡一壺茶，品嘗茶香與晨光交織的氣息，是種特別的體驗；夜晚時分，用完晚餐後，大廳內，與友人開一瓶紅酒，笑談人生、分享喜悅，也別有風味；從門口看去，遠可以望見市區的高聳建築，是在高雄市區，鬧中取靜的好所在。，近蓮池潭公園、高雄孔廟、龍虎塔等觀光景點，距離高鐵高雄新左營站、捷運站約八分鐘的車程，便於前往高雄其他旅遊景點。距離高雄世運主場館：1公里；距離國家運動訓練中心：850公尺。 80年的老屋子，相對於今日生活型態，原本房屋的功能性是不足的，配管、改造困難度都極高，尤其屋內原先是沒有套房設計的，所以為了堅持老屋原貌，我們在衛浴設備上下了很大功夫，每間的獨立衛浴無法擁有拉門，就用浴簾來替代；木造建物最怕潮濕，在排水設計上採用了有5cm坡度的地板，可能當你在廁所時，還會感覺有所前傾的樣子。
