For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours to the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

A nest to feel good

They live on the first floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a wonderful view and lots of sunshine. A parquet floor provides a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at 1098m altitude

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
