Vacation home Suden entirely renovated old dalmatian house ideal for a family vacation with capacity for 6 persons. The house is on two floors with a spacious backyard. There is a large outdoor fireplace and a shaded patio. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, an indoor fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukošan.

In the neighbourhood there are grocery shops, pharmacy and a post office 3 mins away. Parking spot is available free of charge. A/C is located in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, all the bedrooms have celling fans. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the center.This house is located in the center of Diklo. , and so is the beach, just across the street and you are there! the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.

PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
