Located in the secluded Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon, this luxury vacation rental is pure paradise. You will immerse yourself in long leisurely days of boating, lounging by the pool and watching spectacular sunsets from your back porch. Located just 90 miles south of Miami and 45 miles from Key West, the resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with full access to the Atlantic Ocean through Vaca Cut which is right around the corner from Indigo Reef. You’ll have your own private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The Florida Keys are known for the best fishing, diving and tropical reefs in the world. (Note: Minimum weekly rental. All bedrooms and full baths are located on the second floor of the Villa and involve stairs). This recently remodeled spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath Villa will make you feel right at home. Each bedroom has it’s own television, with a large flat screen TV in the living room. The Villa has direct sunset views looking out to the Gulf of Mexico, which can be enjoyed from the porch or upper balcony. Just steps from your back porch is your own private boat dock for boats up to 31'. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need to dine in and you can easily grill your daily catch on one of several charcoal grills located throughout the resort grounds. The villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay. Just pack and relax! Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. I live on the vessel about a hundred yards from you so if there are any questions, etc. I will be there to assist you.

WITH A FULL LIVING AREA WITH A 65" SMART TV, DINING AREA, FULL SIZE FRIDGE AND SMALL KITCHEN, FULL BATHROOM AND KING ROOM. THIRD FLOOR ALSO HAS A KING SUITE, AND A QUEEN SUITE WITH BUNKS. SECOND FLOOR IS ALL LIVING WITH BLACONY DARTS AND DOMINOES TABLE. COMPLETELY REMODELEDTHIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE NICEST PROPERTY IN THE ENTIRE DEVELOPEMENT.
