Outside decking area with seating and BBQ/firepit. Set next to fishing the lake in secluded area. Wild life watching, relaxing. Set on our small holding with ducks, geese and chickens roaming free. We are easy to find on the A377 between Barnstaple and Exeter, and walking distance to Eggesford Train Station.

Decorated in a traditional log cabin style, they have all the mod-cons you could need, including gas central heating and double glazing. Plus free fishing is included in your stay (excluding match fishing), with 6 lakes with carp up to 27lb plus a mixture silverfish. We have a convenient tackle shop which is open everyday (we don’t hire gear).

A great location for families/groups. Lake Villa Holiday Cottages comprise Nuthatch Cottage which sleeps 2 with a double bedroom, next door is Swallow Barn with one double room and one triple room, and then Lake Villa with one double, one king with en-suites, and a triple room also en-suite. We have a 1 acre garden with tennis court, 25 acres of meadow with 2 lakes. Stunning Beaches and The South West coast path are about 8 miles away. Excellent pub in village with restaurant.

Very spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge, kitchen area and seating by the lake, all set next to a very attractive 18th century water mill. The property itself is in un-spoilt Somerset countryside on the edge of Ham Hill country park with its lovely walks, and views. On the edge of a lovely village with a great shop, cafe and gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food and drink.
