Bauchops Hill Station is a 2100ha working farm where our family have lived for three generations. Nestled in the Mackenzie basin, our cottage will allow you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of country farm life whilst surrounded by stunning views of the mountains. There is no cell phone coverage, so turn off and unwind -we do have WiFi! Great views into Mt Dobson ski field, 25 minutes to Tekapo & Fairlie. The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! This peaceful country setting offers stunning panoramic views towards the Southern Alps and is an on route stopover, whether you are heading to the West Coast via Arthurs Pass or the inland Scenic Route South to Tekapo and Central Otago.

Fairhaven Farm House

Our sunny, clean, self contained house is set on a deer/beef farm with stunning views of the Southern Alps, a 5-10 minute drive to the Hokitika Gorge and 20 minutes to Lake Kaniere. It is the perfect location for exploring our little patch of paradise including the Wilderness Trail, Tree Top Walkway and local attractions.
