Wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, superettes and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena. 20 minutes by car to Wgtn and the Ferry Terminal. Wgtn city is compact and an easy walk to great eateries, coffee roasters, craft beer brewery's, boutique wine bars, the Sky Stadium and of course Te Papa.

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. Tahu’s place is self-contained with private entrance and a deck. There is a lock box for the key so text before you arrive to get the code. Parking is directly outside the front door. Ebikes are available for hire.

Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
