Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

We are located in Karaka Bays on the Eastern suburbs of Wellington. We are a 7 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 20 minutes from Wellington central and 10 minutes from local beaches by foot. We have an abundance of restaurants and eateries near by, and most notable attractions such as the Roxy Cinema and Weta Cave etc. There is a private entrance to our studio, but this does entail a path and a few steps. On your arrival we can meet and introduce you to your accommodation. See you soon!

Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Surrounded by bush reserve on 2 boundaries, a very peaceful spot. (Bush walks start from our boundary) The exception to the peace is the morning chorus of birds which are plentiful.
