Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe river and the Botanical Garden, yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. Welcome to the Altes Land, the largest German fruit growing area with its numerous fruit farms. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 min by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 min) and Buxtehude (12 min) are recommended. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car.
