Our beautiful apartment in the listed "Alten Mühle" is located in the painter's village of Kleinsassen in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, right at the foot of the Milseburg. The cozy house with wood fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with whirlpool tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends with 100 square meters. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, therefore the perfect cooling after the sauna or a sunbathing.

The property is located just outside, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Our house has 2 floors, the hosts live on the upper floor and the lower complete floor is for our guests. It has its own access. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. From all windows you can look into the large garden, with many trees and flowers.
