Idyllic and quiet waterfront location

Very pretty cabin in bright, warm colors with good standards. The cabin is located by itself in a quiet bay, but still has a central location with short distance (shortcut on foot) to Eina city center with shop (Kiwi), public transport (bus and train), and other services. Car road (stewed) all the way up. Good hiking opportunities for foot, bike and cross-country skiing. Einafjorden is an excellent fishing water in both summer and winter. House with a beautiful view, hike opportunities

Jeg leier ut et hus på Toten med nydelig utsikt. Huset ligger alene på en topp på Bøverbru Her har du skiløype/turmark rett utenfor huset og herfra kan du gå rundt i hele Toten område. Du er nære Gjøvik, Lena og Raufoss. Bruker en time til Gardermoen herfra, 40 minutter fra Lillehammer og 1,5 time fra Oslo. Her er det 100% trivvgselesgaranti. Du har det meste du trenger tilgjengelig i huset. Jeg vil legge igjen et turkart. Vi har Steffensrud rett ovenfor huset med fiske/god bademuligheter :-)

Peacefull accommodation with a central location. The double bed is 180 cm wide (king size) and the single bed is 90 cm wide. Stairs outside up to the apartment. Carport for parking. Possibility for charging of car by appointment. The flat is located in a residential area. Walking distance to the shopping mall in Raufoss and a few restaurants. 2.7 km to Totenbadet with 3 swimming pools. 10 min drive to the city of Gjøvik. Good bus connection between Raufoss and Gjøvik.

1940s house in the middle of Toten

Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. Renovation needed, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances are fairly new. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!
