The cabin on Åsen

Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell winterland.Approximately 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country slopes. The location right between Bø and Notodden offers opportunities for shopping and restaurants. In the summer it is possible to rent the canoe ( in sharing with my other cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- per day.

Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage field with a short distance to Norefjell ski center. Walking and skiing trails in umidellbar. The next village is Noresund. There you find shops and gas station. 1 floor contains hallway, stall, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bunk, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel cabin listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut field with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. Cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinet and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
