All surfaces on the entrance and upper floors, about 260 square meters, are newly renovated 2020-2023. Lush, raised garden with patios and unique garden house. Private parking lot with possibility to charge electric car. Centrally located with 100 meters to the nearest bus stop where you can easily get to Stockholm city. 7 minutes walk to Lidingö center with grocery stores, clothing stores, Systembolag liquor store and restaurants.

The house is 15m2 large and has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer compartment, sofa bed for two people, toilet and shower. Outside there is a porch with seating area with fantastic views of the church bay. There is also a public "hidden" jetty 150 meters from the house. Guests have free access to borrow a kayak for two people and a life jacket.
