The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Sunbeds. Large glazed section with food furniture. BBQ grill. Own lawn for outdoor play. There are party games, books, and outdoor games.

This well-equipped cottage combines the old-time charm with "modern" comfort as wi-fi, hot tube, washing machine, sauna, shower and modern wc. It is a peaceful and party place in one, we even got some disco lights for you to create your own club night. The cabin dates from the 1800s but has been carefully adapted to modern standards while maintaining the charm. LGBTQ+ friendly

Cozy apartment near lake and forest. 1,5 km to gas station, swimminghouse, grocery store, pizzeria, hardware store, bus/train station. Nearby are Sweden's Midpoint, Sweden's longest wooden bridge Vikbron, Getberget slalom slope, Hussborgs Golf-conference facility, Jämtgaveln's nature reserve, Mid Adventure Fun Park. Close to ski and snowmobile trails, bathing area. Fränsta is located in Ljungandalen, an open,scenic area around the river Ljungan. Hunting licenses for small game are available.

Välkommen till detta unika lantliga boende med en mysig och hemtrevlig atmosfär. Platsen ligger naturskönt mitt i vackra Höga Kusten och är en perfekt utgångspunkt för stora och små äventyr och upplevelser. Runt den renoverade stugan finns en stor och vacker trädgård med egna fina uteplatser att njuta på. Boendet har en hall, ett välutrustat pentry, matplats och ett mysigt allrum samt ett sovrum med två sköna sängar. Dusch/toalett finns i närliggande byggnad (50m) precis som i svunnen tid.

Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy lakefront home. The cottage is suitable for two adults and 1-2 children who can sleep in the loft. Access to bath, dock, row boat and BBQ. Great with electric motor, sauna and hot tub can be used as agreed and at separate cost. 9 km to Örnsköldsvik center, 4 km to grocery store, pizzeria, flea market, etc.
