Our house is located in a typical Bacalar colony. A not very touristy colony where the families of Valladolid have resided for a long time. It's a quiet area where you can see and enjoy the everyday life of the city. The house has open, spacious and cool spaces for a great stay. Our 30 m2 colonial-style Maisonette is set in a magnificent property with garden and swimming pool. The location is ideal, on the edge of a quiet street 50 m from the Zaci cenote and just a few minutes' walk from the mercado and central square. A parking space on the property is also available.

The Garden Room - with AC

Quiet - comfortable - surrounded by garden. My property is on the southeast edge of town in a country setting. It's a walk to center - 8 or 9 long blocks - but taxis are 35 pesos per group, 40 pesos if you call for pick-up at the door. The streets are quite safe to walk at night.
