We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme.
