Farmhouse with access to a beach and a sauna.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters just by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guest have the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Cheerful guest house by the lake beach

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Here you have access to your own beach and hiking trails, like Munkudden and Ögeltjärnberget, just a stone's throw away. Gullviks sea bath, you can reach within 2 km. Closest grocery store is 9 km away. Örnsköldsvik center is 16 km away with Paradisbadet/ spa and access to Skytti ski track area. Slalom slopes can be found in the municipality. In the meantime, there are kicks to use. Borrow our two bikes in the summer

Own wood-fired sauna with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. It takes 20 minutes to Skellefteå city by car using E4.

The apartment is located in the cozy coastal town of Holmsund, it is only 15min by car to Central Umeå. In Holmsund there is a coop shop, 2 petrol sandwiches and several restaurants. The accommodation is a rental apartment of about 35m2 on the gable of a villa, there is access to several parking spaces with electricity. The apartment is complete, it includes towels and sheets, the bedroom has a 160cm bed for two persons. In the living room there is the possibility of a guest bed.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.

Käxed – High Coast – High Coast

A newly built, modern cabin at the heart of the High Coast, with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. The Skuleskogen National park is only 4,5 km away. A luxurious stay for trekkers and hikers, coming in and out of the national park. There is of course a lot more places to see, please ask for our advice on other gems!
