NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Our accommodation is located between Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. Through wonderful cycling and hiking trails you can explore the Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby. Good bus and train connections.
