The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor , and has a nice round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite.

FeWo Heilig am See

Hello dear vacationers, we offer a holiday apartment in the beautiful Langenargen. It is located about 100m from Lake Constance, which is about a 2-minute walk. The city center with some restaurants, cafes and attractions is within walking distance in 10 minutes The apartment is in good condition and is located on the 2nd floor. The house was built in 1974, which is also reflected in design -> bathroom and toilet are really vintage :)

This sun-drenched holiday apartment on Lake Constance offers a fantastic holiday destination for both couples and families! It has two bedrooms each with their own balcony and a small bathroom, as well as a large living room and another common balcony in the middle. The apartment is located directly on the water. A water access also connects directly to the apartment and a piece of meadow belongs to the house.

Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22 onwards.
