Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator without opposite. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking terrace SEA VIEW and greenery. Very close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso, the beach of the source and the beautiful customs way. An ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the popular district of Gourmalon.

Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

I rent my apartment located 10 minutes to the walk to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secure with surveillance camera in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator , in a square where there is a Carrefour market, a post office, a pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you see with your baby.
