Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Very stylish and renovated townhouse with lovely lake views. The house has a perfectly located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 toilets, 2 patios as well as 2 balconies. The house is located in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens.
