The house has, among other things, a dishwasher, combi over, washing machine, TV with NETFLIX & WIFI. A spacious fenced garden present with terrace and table/chairs. The house has 2 bedrooms. 1 with a 2 person bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is sufficient cabinet space available. The property is in a quiet neighborhood about 600 meters from downtown. The supermarket is 300 meters away.
