The house is located in Fincas Residencial, 24/7 security in place. Although Forum shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Comfortable and relaxing "CHOCOLATE" home

House located in a private area. The house has air conditioning in the master bedroom, (wifi, TV), comfortable and clean beds, impeccable bathroom and kitchen, its own garage. The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping square, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from the Port of San Blas. Transportation service ( urban, taxis and combis).

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores just around the corner from the house, self-service store 5min away, shopping plaza 10min away, Playa San blas 25min, park 5min away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has garage for one car with measurements (2.40meters high, 4.80meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to University (UBC) and Tepic Technology. We are located just 10min away from factories like Dräxlmaier and ATR.
