Enjoy finding all the details of the marine world present in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue waters yourself. On the first floor a living/dining room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view. On the floor below a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple without or with children who thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed of the living room can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short ramp of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the most authentic Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km. and is connected to these two locations by public transport that transits every halfhour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, you can easily reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici and other places in the Gulf of Poets by car or public transport. A few motorway exits away on the A12 motorway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. In the village has recently been built an autosilo with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate 10.00 euros). At the usual price there is a private garage adjacent to Alice's House. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine,watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 The house belonged to my great grandparents and I hope it brings to couples as it was for them🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.
