Live unforgettable moments in this unique and family-friendly place, just a few meters from the Sea. Condominium with excellent infrastructure,swimming pools,courts, game room and party rooms, playroom and playground. And property, in addition to having the differential of being house 1, with a location and a privileged view, has 3 floors. On the 1st floor the social areas and a jacuzzi, on the 2nd we have 3 bedrooms (1 suite and 1 BWC) and on the 3rd attic,a bedroom in open concept. The jacuzzi has no heating.

"Paradise Creek" house has been built in Tuscan Style, recently renovated and features a unique locations between 2 creeks. Kitchen and dining room have vaulted Angelim ceilings, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, 3 bedrooms with the large master bedroom on the second floor with a panoramic view of the nature. Incredible secluded back patio deck with covered BBQ area, as well as an amazing camping spot for the fire pit right next to the creek. Large heated pool at the property!
