Mooi appartement op goede locatie, bij de grote weg in Tamraght. Vrij uitzicht over zee. Het appartement met 1 grote slaapkamer bevindt zich op de 3e etage. Er is een lift. Het ruime balkon biedt de hele dag zon en een fantastisch uitzicht over de Atlantische oceaan en bananavillage Aourir. 15 minuten lopen naar Bananabeach, 20 minuten naar strand Imouran (1 km). Agadir is op 12 en Taghazout op 7 kilometer afstand. Bus, taxi's, winkeltjes op 200 meter afstand. Veilig parkeren voor het gebouw.
