My place is near the beach, about 300m from the sea , beautiful landscapes, restaurants and amusements. Comfortable beds, all rooms with air conditioning, gourmet space with barbecue grill and pizza oven. House to enjoy as a couple, family and a group of friends. All this in a gated community, 24-hour security, swimming pool, soccer field, tennis court and lots of greenery. Friendly friendly friends. Sleeps up to 10 people Included daily cleaning and cleaning service. Come and enjoy the Paradise!!!

The Paresi House has a fantastic terrace, with a shower and armchairs, hammocks and sofas that accommodate the whole family. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen is complete, with all the you'll need. Large house, with large outdoor area, close to the waterfront (300 meters), with parking for 5 vehicles, cistern, artesian well, swimming pool, gourmet area, wifi, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, high wall with electric fence and security camera, all furnished and close to commerce. Great for safely exploring the City. Electricity is not included in the daily rate (R$1.30 per Kw consumed).

Simple, nice and cozy house. Great location, between Praia dos Carneiros and the center of Tamandaré, near the Hotel Baía Branca. It has 4 air-conditioned rooms, 2 suites, 1 social bathroom, full kitchen, TV and dining room, leisure area with swimming pool. There is only 200mts from the beach. Energy will be charged according to use, value 1.15 kwh It has a smart TV and wifi.

Casa Coco Verde

A beautiful house both in the interior and the exterior. Decorated with cheerful colors, new and comfortable furniture. The hammocks located on the pergola are an excellent place to enjoy the breeze, read a book. The 4 bedrooms have a sea view and are naturally ventilated, although they all have air conditioning too.
