The house is suitable for families and children and is also perfect for events! The location is in Yilan County in Yuanshan Township.There is the nearby areas of Mong Lung Pi and Longtan Lake Scenic Area. We also invite you to ride your bicycles roaming around the many different trails and around the lake. We are also abotu 150 meteres away from the private Hui Light Middle School. The city of Yilan is located in the central and most favored part of the Lanyang Plain. Streams and rivers provide a constant source of replenishment for the nutrients in the soil here, making Yilan a breadbasket county. Yilan looks out to the sea on Taiwan's Northeast Coast, with mountains on the three other sides forming a unique geography that has nurtured an equally distinctive cultural landscape and human warmth. The county is home to Asia's second longest highway tunnel, the Hsuehshan Tunnel, which has reduced the driving time between Yilan and Taipei to less than 50 minutes. From natural environments and cold and hot springs to a wealth of ocean recreation resources and verdant country scenes, Yilan offers the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy nature at its best.

The first row of the sea view on the front of this house is completely unobstructed, plus the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, you can enjoy the 180-degree panoramic sea view without going to the balcony. You can enjoy the evening and sunset color at dusk. The design is high in the middle floor of the building, the bedroom is upstairs, and there is also a large window. You can enjoy the change of the blue sea view in the morning with open eyes, the sea is one color, as if it was a dream. A 5-minute walk to Lishui Bay Beach where you can stroll freely. There are dozens of exotic restaurants on the beach. If you're thirsty, enjoy afternoon tea or a hearty dinner. In summer there is a music evening in Lishui Bay, and in February-April there is a cherry blossom season ~ There is a beach firework show across the year!!This is also the best spot to explore the North Coast ^ - ^ This rental is located away from the Freshwater MRT station.Tamsui Old Street. Fisherman's Wharf is about 20 minutes by car, freshwater passengers are about 5-10 minutes by bus, and there is free flat parking at this rental space!!With simple, elegant, clean and bright design as the main axis, each suite is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and there is a wide view of the blue sky and the sea at any time.
