Located at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009/One Darling Harbour Building, next to the Ibis and Novotel Hotel. Welcome packs of essentials including Sydney map, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc, will be waiting for you to help you get settled. There are 24 hours convenient stores across the road if you need a top up and Coles supermarket just around the corner, 5 minute walk on Pyrmont Bridge Road. One Darling Harbour is accessible by your own vehicle with one complimentary secured car parking, (NO unexpected hidden costs or charges for parking) Also accessible by ferry or light rail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV with harbour views and air conditioning. Second bedroom features 2 single beds which can be zipped together if another king bed is required, flat screen TV, direct access to balcony and direct access to main bathroom which features bath/shower and integrated laundry for your use and air conditioning. Living area features leather lounge, large flat screen TV/DVD with Foxtel and Netflix, CD stereo, desk, 4/6 seat dining table and wireless internet. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Accessibility friendly for people with limited mobility with lifts within the building and undercover paths from building directly to Darling Harbour and shopping centre from level 1. We can provide a cot and high chair on request. Fireworks are on most Saturdays in Summer and on some Saturday nights during the rest of the year pending weather or event on the harbour. Walk a few minutes to get to landmarks like the Herbert Street Clifftop Walk or the Sydney Heritage Fleet. Taxi stand is right outside the building. Ferry, Bus and Light Rail just across the road. --> Ferry takes you directly to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. -->Bus takes you directly to Bondi Beach. --> Light Rail takes you directly to Paddy's Markets or a 15 minute walk. Positioned on the rooftop of the Sea Murmur building, the interiors are inspired by New York Loft style, while the views are reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast. With three rooftop balconies you will be able to take your pick between close views over Shelley Beach, expansive views north up the entire Northern Beaches coastline, or magical views up to St Patrick's Cathedral. Positioned above the famous Bower restaurant, your morning coffee fix is footsteps away, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and with a leisurely walk around the promenade to The Boathouse Shelley Beach you will never want to cook. A short walk will take you into lively Manly with its many restaurants, cafe's, bars, and shopping. And with its rich nightlife of live music you will not be bored. Inspired by the beachfront location, the apartment is filled with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. Entertaining is easy with an open plan living and dining layout and sun drenched balconies, my place is great for kicking back and enjoying quality time with friends. The modern kitchen has all that you need featuring stone benchtops, cooktop, microwave and generous bench space with stools for friends to enjoy a glass of wine while a meal is prepared or a delicious breakfast in the morning. Full tableware, glassware and crockery is provided as well as all kitchen utensils you may need to cook up a storm. You will also find complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings. The north balcony also has a BBQ for outdoor grilling and plenty of seating for rooftop entertaining while you take in the water views. Flowing into the living space, you can relax in comfort on the L shaped sofa while you watch a movie on the large flat screen smart tv or lose yourself in the views. Both the bedrooms feature Queen size beds fitted with luxury bed linen, overhead fans, and plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes and gas lift beds. The renovated bathroom has a rain shower and conveniently houses a washer/dryer so you can take care of any of your laundry needs without visiting a laundromat. And if working during your stay we have free wifi so you can get your work done and get to the beach! Should you bring a car with you, there is plenty of street parking but it can get busy on a sunny summers day. My apartment is a walk up with a few short flights of stairs but worth the view. With so many balconies and rooftop entertaining spaces, my apartment is not suitable for kiddies so unfortunately we cant accept anyone under the age of 16. My home is ready to become your private coastal sanctuary, and with sweeping views of Shelley Beach and surrounded by a protected marine park you will feel at home in your own slice of paradise. Guests will have access to the entire home and parking I don't live on the property but will be available for anything you need during your stay. I live nearby and can be contacted anytime by email or phone. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade, head one way for Shelley Beach and the other for Manly Beach. Step out to the nearby Bower Restaurant and The Boathouse for breakfast, and Manly main town for restaurants and shops. There is a public bus stop a short walk that will take you into into the city, or north up to Palm beach. The ferry wharf to catch the ferry to Sydney city is a short leisurely walk through Manly. There are many great local bushwalks around the headland where you can take in the amazing views. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade with views reminiscent of the Italian Coast. Your morning coffee fix is footsteps away at the Boathouse or Bower Cafe. Head one way for Shelley Beach swimming and snorkeling and the other for the lively atmosphere of Manly Beach with its restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Or sit on one of your 3 balconies sipping on a cocktail and grilling while enjoying ocean breezes. My home is ready to become your private coastal retreat.

Or catch a bus to world-famous Bondi Beach. Ferries are readily available to Manly and Luna Park. Restaurants, cafes and bars in Darling Harbour & Chinatown are big news. You’ll find absolutely masses. The main train access is in Town Hall, where you can go to anywhere and come from anywhere. Entrance to Town Hall is just behind the corner (Cross City Tunnel & Kent Street). Town Hall train station is busiest transportation hub in Sydney. Additionally you can catch buses around to Bondi beach or ferries (Barangaroo Wharf) to Circular Quay. Then ferries to ZOO / Manly / Luna Park / Watsons Bay / etc. I do not own parking place, but 130 meters from my place is public carpark which is cheapest in CBD. Carpark fees apply.
