This in turn opens to private back deck on way to private hot tub and shared heated pool* (with hot shower) on separately fenced in half of property. Ground floor bath with shower; two queen bedrooms; third bedroom on this (ground) floor is compact, with twin size bunk bed (all bedrooms offer closet/hanger space). Top floor features vaulted ceilings in great room with flat screen, convertible couch and dining/gaming table opening onto west facing balcony; a front bedroom with bunk bed combination (twin upper/full size lower); vaulted master bedroom features California King bed, walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking back yard and shared swimming pool. Access to separate water closet is from great room; shared master bath with standing shower (note: the master bath's tub is non-operational.). It is shared with the next door property (owners) and provides a space for us to meet and enjoy the company of guests with our community of friends. Guests have the entire house; each front & back porch (BBQ & laundry access here), 2nd floor outdoor balconies; hot tub, with a private gate to the shared pool/deck; off street parking for 4 autos. The Beach is just across the street from the house and accessible via public easement. Owners live next door and have separate access to the pool/deck. Being all about building community, the large pool area is a space to share with friends old and new, while preserving access to your private hot tub/retreat, and rental home. The pool is heated in the summer/warm weather months. The house is set across the street from the longest strip of public beach in town, on the south side of the Russian River. Guerneville’s charming downtown restaurants, antique stores, bars, and nightlife spots are a short drive away. Cab service is available, though a call will likely be required: * Bill's Taxi - 1 (707) 869-2177), www.billstaxiservices.com/; * Monte Rio Taxi - 1 (707) 849-6802; https://www.monterio-taxi.com/ * Ride services such as Lyft and Uber are not unknown, though the population density hereabouts (as compared to Santa Rosa, about 25 minutes away) influences availability • Sonoma County Transit bus service originating in Santa Rosa (~ 20 miles east) come through, though infrequently. The lodge is VERY dog friendly and the yard is secured by a gate. The Beach access is just across the street from the house, by public easement. Locals routinely have their furry friends playing off-leash at the river (while striving to maintain owner responsibility to 'pick up after' ;-).

Book a relaxing massage outside on the deck or inside in a cozy bedroom. Hire our private chef for a delicious dinner cooked on premises. Just to note our home and the surrounding area has been completely unaffected by any of the unfortunately wildfires in the region. Please note that there are no Saturday checkouts. The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask.
