My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children). There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the Château de Grignan(20 km),the Ardèche gorges (20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Electric banne store with its remote control. Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so no party.

Ideal as a starting point - great walks and exceptional sights to visit nearby . River., hill views. Reversible air conditioning in upstairs bedroom and dysons , fans /air purifiers, I will be discreetly on site-in studio ( behind the house) with our nice setters. You are welcome

T2 type cottage in a 15th century farmhouse with private terrace. Separate bedroom with 3 single beds. Common parking in the inner courtyard. Access to the patio with a gazeebo for relaxing and a 14-barray masona + waterfall to share . Ideal for holidays or Tricastin or other missions..Note the third bed is a 90 extra bed more suitable for children and teenagers.

This 35 m2 fully equipped cabin that combines rusticity and comfort. It enjoys a privileged environment under the cover of an acacias forest. Its spacious terrace welcomes you for meals and moments of relaxation. This accommodation can accommodate 4 people.
