Peaceful and close to nature, comfortable and cozy! Private entrance to secluded apartment in the house where we as a host family live all year round. Are you on your way to Åre, Storlien and want to pause for a night or maybe stay a few days and just enjoy the tranquility. Maybe you are hiking St. Olavsleden or are interested in the fishing in Gimån? Or a workout in MidSwedens nice ski tunnel or downhill skiing in Mickelbacken is of interest! An ice cream at the Glass Bar may also require a longer stop. All seasons of the year has its magic!

Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs located on Lake Revsund. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty flaws. The house provides a lovely home feel with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and cycling just around the corner. Good as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. Unless you just want to enjoy the tranquility and great views. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is located on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

Here you are close to beautiful nature paths, golf course and attractions such as Peterson-Bergers Sommarhagen and Frösö Park SPA. It is 7 minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city centre. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 m from the apartment and ICA you will find 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.
