Learn to bake two classic Neapolitan pastries with the third-generation owner of Naples’ legendary Pasticceria Scaturchio, which has been open since 1903. • We’ll begin with an insider’s tour of the pastry shop, sharing stories about my family’s more than 120 years in business, before moving to the test kitchen to begin our hands-on class. • I’ll teach you step by step how to make sfogliatella, a pastry that has dozens of flaky layers and a creamy center, and Neapolitan-style babà, yeasted cakes soaked in a rum syrup. • After baking our pastries, we’ll sit down together in our boutique to taste what we’ve made over a glass of limoncello. You’ll get to take the cakes you made with you, as well as recipes so you can make Neapolitan sfogliatella and babà at home.

Full Day small group cruise in Amalfi and Positano

The boat tour is the best way to discover the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will leave from Amalfi and sail to discover the different locations of the Amalfi Coast, caves and beaches that can only be reached by sea. We will admire the villages of Conca dei Marini, Furore, Praiano and Positano, the crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be several stops for swimming, we will show you the best places to dive and you will use the snorkeling equipment, floats and beach towels that will be provided. Also included are drinks (soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fruit which you can enjoy while admiring the coast and with the sound of the waves in the background. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Back on board, the tour will continue and you will be able to discover other coastal gems such as Ravello, Minori and Maiori with its famous Pandora cave. Amalfi Lemon Tour

The Lemon Tour consists of the visit to our farm with practical examples of growing, harvesting and it’s also possible to see our workers in action in the gardens. Then there will be a break in our outdoor place among the lemons where you can taste lemon cake, fresh lemonade and limoncello. After there will be a visit to the family’s Museum of Arts and Crafts, and to the factory where you can see how to make limoncello. In the factory it’s possible to buy our limoncello, products and fresh lemons with the possibility of sending them. Our farm is certified organic and produces the Amalfi Coast Lemons PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and our Tour is aimed at an audience that understands and appreciates the educational and emotional trip. Visits to our companies are strongly discouraged for people who have limited mobility and health, being vertical farm. The period of maximum splendor for lemons is from February to August. I will guide you along the beautiful cliffs and through the mountains to Agerola above Furore Fiord. Along the way, I will recommend visits to local farms, bread makers, mozzarella cheese producers, limoncello, meats, and other local foods. The best part, we get to enjoy a tasting of these fresh foods at shepherd's house the local farm owners and producers provide a flashback to the ancient Italian food taste and times. The path includes unbelievable views, a sustainable lemon tree farm, and other agricultural ecosystems. As a professional naturalist tourist guide, I will discuss the history and culture of each destination and share my knowledge of the produce and herbs that grow here on the Amalfi Coast. At the end of the trekking experience tour we will have a small lunch on the path of flavors and ancient traditionals and typical dishes of the past and dishes of the gods. Finally, you will enjoy with all your senses. We can also organize a sunset dinner with wine and cheese or a brunch picnic or special day like birthday, honeymoon ect.
