Social Guest House have 6 private bedrooms is a big advantage, so your privacy is untouched. The 3 separate toilets and 2 showers makes your mornings relaxed. The bottom floor has the kitchen where you can store and cook food, make coffee or tea, etc. The garden, hidden in the small streets of Sofia is a nice gift in the busy town. Trams, trolleys, buses and the new subway are all less than 5-7 minutes walk! -2 minutes away from Vitosha Blvd which is the main pedestrian area full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. -5 minutes walk to the meeting point for the Free Sofia Tour. -5 minutes away from NDK - National Palace of Culture. The parking is infront of the house it costs 10 euro per 24 hours.

A full floor apartment in a beautiful building, monument of architecture dating from 1885. Located in the center, 30m away from Shishman Str and Sveti Sedmochislenitzi square. The area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries. The apartment is very quiet. Although it is in downtown, the apartment offers a courtyard that will give you privacy and keeps you sheltered from the city buzz! You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s night / day life!

A great place and location

Hello. Our house is located in the middle of the center of Sofia .. just two-three minutes from the main pedestrian street - “Vitosha blvd”, where some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the city are located. and within walking distance of most museums and major sites of interest. The property is completely renovated and furnished with new furniture..thought exclusively to provide the greatest comfort to travelers who choose to stay here. It is on the first floor.
