Modern, cozy lower level guest suite just three blocks from extremely popular Tennyson St. and across the street from Sprouts grocery store. Private bath, kitchenette, mini fridge, fireplace, and wifi. We are close to EVERYTHING: 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and under ten minutes from Downtown, Empower Field, and Ball Arena. This is a studio below our house that has a common entrance into our house when you first come in.

We are conveniently located close to both I-25 and I-70, making the apartment a perfect starting point, whether exploring the city or the mountains.
