Codice CITRA 011022-LT-0083. Vivi l’emozione di soggiornare in una luminosa casa del 1600, nel cuore di un borgo a pochi metri dal mare. On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

"Ca 'Melina' is located in the center of Sestri Levante in a typical Ligurian narrow street , between the Bay of Fables and the Bay of Silence, The two beaches are known among the most 'beautiful in Italy. It's an apartment on the first floor without elevator in a house typical Ligurian, close to shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. You can enjoy boat excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino or nature walks to the promontory to Punta Manara. In the apartment smoking is not permitted.

My accommodation, recently renovated in a typical Ligurian palace, is located in front of the sea with a beautiful view of the Baia del Silenzio, close to the best bars and restaurants in the center. You'll love the location, the vibe, the neighborhood, the outdoor spaces.
