Cozy apartment completely renovated in 2019 in sober and soothing tones. Very nice location at the foot of the dam separating the sea lake from the ocean. 50 meters from the sea lake, 400 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the city center. Proximity to all services while staying away from lively areas for moments of rest. Very nice inner courtyard for your children to play safely while you enjoy the terrace.

So we offer a large 56 m2 apartment with a 12 m2 terrace, located a few minutes' drive or bike ride from the beaches and shops.
