Im Bauhaus-Stil, mit Fahrstuhl & kostenlosem Parkplatz im Außenbereich. Strand, Restaurants & Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Aus hygienischen Gründen sind Haustiere (z.b. Hunde) leider nicht erlaubt.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted. Because I write in my description exactly where you live and what I offer you.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. Relax in a special design house right on the lake with stand access. Built in sustainable wood construction, the cabin offers a magnificent view of the lake with the large panoramic window. Relax in a 180x200 bed on a gallery overlooking the lake. The house has a privately used hot tub with lake view. The house is located in a separate fenced area.

40m² - direct location at the Markkleeberger lake. Not a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in 20 minutes in the center of Leipzig. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect.
